Battle Report - Flamberge - Aftermath Campaign Ork vs Ork

1500 pts Ork vs Ork, mission was capture and control

We wanted to see some ork on ork action( in fighting between tribes) since my army has been doing well on the planet Flamberge in the Notous system, as part of the Aftermath Campaign.

The "mek ork" player got first turn and had both troop choices next to his objective with a Mek with KFF to cover both squads. The other Mek was farther up with two Dreads and lots of Kans surrounding him, with some Koptas on the right flank.

After weathering some ork shooting ( thank god its BS2), my Battlewagons and Trukk raced up so they would hit squads at the same time to max the Waaagh that was coming. I hit the wall of Kans and Dreads and pulled it off with very few dead on my side and destroy one whole squad of Kans, and blow another Dread up and immobilised the last one.

The Koptas on my left side came a round and blew apart one of my Battlewagons, but lucky for me the Mega Nobz that were in it where long way off killing other orks at this time.

I spent around two rounds of working through the line of Kans and Dreads that were in front of me, without losing too many MANZ , with around 6 left in the main squad and 3 in the other, with all most a full 'Ard boyz squad left with crazy Mad Dok in there for fun.

I raced into the last two squads of boyz and manage to put enough wounds on both squads to make them flee and runaway from the battle, capturing the objective, proving the Nobz have their place in the Orks society as the biggest meanest orks around.

1500pts - Annihilation Orks vs Eldar

This is a fast and furious game that had the Eldar going first. The Eldar player castled up behind three main structures in his deployment line. The Eldar fired their brightlances and shurikens trying to get lucky shots in on my Battlewagons and trukks, but thanks to some awsome cover saves they made it across the board to deliver the boyz to their targets.

Once 'Eadsplitta and his mega nobz got into hand to hand, they did what they do best and beat the crap out of the Harlequins and ran off the Dire Avengers. The Farseer stayed high in a nearby building helping the squads near him with fortune and guide, but he was only prolonging the final out come of this game.

The orks won 6-2 in kill points .

Hey All this is a battle report from and on going campaign in Aftermath Sector
This was a 1500pts battle between Orks vs Salamanders
mission was cap and control, with spearhead deployment

This is a quick and dirty battle report since im trying to turn these out as fast as I can

The orks started off first and ran everything up the middle and had one Battlewagon off to the left side flank. By turn two Ghazie and his squad of MANz jumped out of their wagon to assault the Termies and Vulkan from thier Landraider, need less to say the Orks stomped them to death and only a single thunderhammer made it but fled the scene fast.

But turn four things were looking grim for thr salamanders and they only had two rhinos and a handful of spacemarines left. The spacemarine player tried very hard to make sure I would not get to his objective but Ghazie and his squad made it by the skin of their teeth to win the game.
